Private Inspections for sale and rental properties have recommenced
For sale and rental properties can now be inspected by private appointment
Maximum time limit for the viewing is 15 minutes
One person can attend the appointment with a partner
A prospective buyer can only travel within the metro area and it is ok if its more than 5 kilometres
A maximum of 2 hours in total is allocated for travelling and inspecting a property
Sales and rental appraisals have also recommenced

All staff are working from home and can only attend the office to service and support permitted work.
All other real estate work is on hold until further notice ie Shopfront must be closed, no periodic rental inspections etc
(Personal fines of up to $20,000 and business fines up to $100,000)

Social distancing of 1.5metres
Hand sanitiser will be available on inspections
Our agents will have gloves and will open cupboards, wardrobes etc therefore you won't need to touch anything apart from hand rails or the odd door handle which we will wipe down with antibacterial wipes before and after inspections.
Please do not make an appointment to attend a property if you have the following symptoms : -
- Sore throat
- Shortness of breath
- If you have travelled internationally in the last 14 days
- If you have or may have a suspected case of COVID 19
Please cancel your appointment on the day if you have any of these symptoms.

Face-to-face auctions/open for inspections/ have been banned across metropolitan Melbourne.
Remote auctions conducted by one or two people at home and not at the office is allowed
