All other real estate work is on hold until further notice ie No property sales/rental inspections and no periodic rental inspections etc (Personal fines of up to $20,000 and business fines up to $100,000) 
All staff are now working from home.

Please do not make an appointment to attend a property if you have the following symptoms : -  

  1. Fever
  2. Cough
  3. Sore throat
  4. Shortness of breath
  5. If you have travelled internationally in the last 14 days
  6. If you have or may have a suspected case of COVID 19

Please cancel your appointment on the day if you have any of these symptoms.

Face-to-face auctions/open for inspections/private property inspections have been banned across metropolitan Melbourne.

Remote auctions conducted by one or two people at home and not at the office is allowed, however all new sales and rental inspections are on hold till further notice.
